Kick-Off Meeting 🚀

At the very beginning, we will have our initial kick-off meeting. Here, we will lay the foundation for how we will work together and will cover the following:

• Introducing the team & experts
• Setting clear objectives of what we want to achieve together (KPIs + timelines)
• Assigning clear owners & responsibilities
  • Things Grannel will cover
  • Requirements we will need from you (e.g. creatives, feedback loops, etc.)
• Defining clear meeting and reporting structures
  • Identifying your needs & preferences
• Agreeing on clear next steps
• Kick-off 🚀

Check-Ins ☑️

As per your preferences, we will decide on the best meeting structure that fits your needs. Generally, we tend to have (bi-)weekly check-ins with our partners that can be virtual, via Slack, Loom, or even in-person, if circumstances permit. Those meetings are used to:

• Report on the status-quo
• Give an overview of current performance and project stage
• Exchange ideas and brainstorm together
• Address anything that requires our or your input

Retros 🤔

For longer duration projects we also offer the opportunity to have dedicated retros after specific time periods (e.g. monthly, quarterly). Those meetings allow us to take a step back and evaluate the “bigger” picture. In these meetings we can discuss:

• What went well
• What should be improved
